How Does It Work
As a subscribing real estate agent, simply provide your client with a user ID to eShortSaleMyHome.com.
Your client will log on using the provided ID & password. They will complete their information and the system will generate the forms that the lender will need to process a short sale request. You will be notified via email when the seller has completed the online application.
As their agent, you may assist by gathering the other documents that the lender needs to review (estimated settlement statement, purchase contract, listing, Broker's Price Opinion, etc). The system will provide a checklist of items needed along with the other documentation that is generated.
Then send the complete package (the items included in the checklist) to the lender for processing. A complete and well-organized eShortSaleMyHome package will greatly improve your chances of a successful and efficient short sale.
